Notes on fabric
Denim is a durable cotton fabric woven in a twill construction, traditionally with indigo-dyed warp yarns and undyed weft yarns. Originally developed for workwear, it is now used across a wide range of garments, from jeans and jackets to shirts and dresses. Its strength, longevity and ability to develop character with wear have made it one of the most enduring fabrics in fashion.
